Once you’ve completed your reservation or applied for financing, you’ll need to do a few more things in order to make a LiveWire yours. Below you'll find a detailed breakdown of the remaining steps to put a LiveWire motorcycle in your driveway.
What to Expect Next
A LiveWire Guru will reach out to you by the next business day to confirm your motorcycle configuration, delivery preference, and collect additional information. Your Guru will be your guide through the purchase process.
Please Be Prepared to Provide the Following
US Driver's License
A valid US driver's license or government-issued ID for yourself and co-buyer (if applicable) for ID verification and fraud prevention.
Selfie
A selfie of you holding your license, so that your face and license are clearly visible.
Registration Address
The address that your motorcycle will be titled and registered to.
Insurance
Proof of insurance.
Documentation
Additional documentation may be required if financing your purchase.
Trade in
If you have a vehicle you plan to trade in, your Guru will send you a link to receive a guaranteed trade offer. You are under no obligation to accept this offer.
What to Expect From Us
Bill of Sale
Your Guru will provide you with a Bill of Sale for review. This will include all costs of the purchase, including all taxes, title & registration costs, fees, and trade-in (if applicable), as well as any Accessories or Protection Products selected.
Financing
If financing, your Sales Guru will present you with your financing options and expected monthly payments, as well as any necessary down payment.
Finalizing Your Purchase
Once you have reviewed and accepted terms, your Guru will assemble necessary contract documents and send them to you via DocuSign, along with a payment link (if necessary). Once completed, your vehicle is ordered.
Taking Possession
of Your Motorcycle
Your motorcycle will ship from our facility in York, PA to your local partner dealer. Delivery to the local partner dealer will take approximately 4 weeks.
Partner Dealer
When your motorcycle arrives at the partner dealer, they will inspect, and complete final setup and your Guru will contact you to coordinate handover of your new LiveWire motorcycle.
Document Packet
LiveWire will mail a document packet containing necessary title and registration paperwork. This packet must be completed and returned to LiveWire (via included return label) before you can take possession of your motorcycle.
Notary
You may be required to get some documents notarized, depending on local regulations.
